EGY Trading
Privacy
Learn how EGY Trading uses contact and after-sales request information and how to ask us to review or delete it.
Last updated: 14 September 2026. This notice explains how EGY Trading handles information submitted through its contact and after-sales forms, and what happens when visitors use certain external services and links.
Who is responsible for your information?
EGY Trading, 145 Road Masr Al Nour, Desert of 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email egytrading0@gmail.com or call 01033382111. This email reaches the company team responsible for privacy enquiries.
What do we collect and why?
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. The after-sales form collects your name, email address, phone number and problem description, plus a selected product, invoice number and problem image if you provide them. We also create a reference number and status to track the request. We collect this information directly from you to answer your enquiry, assess your service request and contact you about it. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in text or images.
Depending on the request, processing supports steps you ask us to take before a contract, an existing contractual relationship, our legitimate interest in managing and answering enquiries, or an applicable legal obligation. We do not use form submissions for direct marketing without a separate appropriate basis.
How are requests and images protected?
Requests are stored in a private section of the website's WordPress database and are not publicly listed. Only authorised site administrators can open requests and problem images. Uploaded images are reprocessed to remove metadata before being stored privately in the database; images are not attached to email notifications or WhatsApp messages. A keyed hash derived from the internet connection address limits repeated submissions, and rate-limit keys are cleared periodically. These measures do not eliminate every risk associated with an online service.
Who may receive the information?
Authorised EGY Trading staff review requests to respond to them. When email notifications are enabled, the request text and contact details are sent to the company mailbox through the site's configured mail provider, which may be Gmail when enabled. Problem images are not sent by email. After an after-sales request is saved, the site offers a button to open WhatsApp with a prepared message containing the reference number, name, phone, product, problem description and invoice number if supplied. The message is not sent to WhatsApp unless you open it and press Send there. We do not sell request information.
After publication, website storage depends on the hosting provider selected by the company. Email notifications and external services may process information outside Egypt depending on the provider and its servers. The hosting location and relevant transfer arrangements must be reviewed when the production environment is chosen.
Map, external links and cookies
On the contact page, the OpenStreetMap map loads as it approaches the visible area. Its provider may receive the internet connection address and browser data needed to show map tiles. Opening a Google Maps, WhatsApp or social-media link takes you to another service with its own privacy notice. The current site build has no visitor analytics or advertising trackers. WordPress may use cookies needed for administrator sign-in and site management. If tracking tools are introduced, this notice will be reviewed before they are enabled.
How long do we keep information?
We keep requests and images while responding to the enquiry or providing service, and afterwards while they are needed for related follow-up, complaints or legal obligations. The site currently has no automatic deletion after a fixed period. An administrator reviews requests and deletes information no longer needed, or acts on a valid deletion request. Permanent deletion removes the request and image from the active database. A copy may remain in backups until the backup retention cycle of the deployed hosting environment ends.
Your rights and how to contact us
Email egytrading0@gmail.com to ask about information linked to your request, seek correction or deletion, or object to processing where applicable. Include the reference number if you have it; we will verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. We may need to retain some information where required by law or to address a legal claim. You may also complain to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the site's forms, use of information or external services change, and show the latest update date above.
